The confidentiality and security of your information are very important for DoYield. We want you to have confidence in how we handle your information. This policy aims to keep you transparently informed of how we use them to manage and organize your stay at our establishment.
As part of our activities, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and partners by ensuring the protection, confidentiality and security of data in accordance with current legislation.
Each data processing carried out by the Data Controller pursues a legitimate, determined and explicit purpose. For each of the treatments implemented, our hotel undertakes to collect and use only data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

Why do we process your personal data?

Recipients of personal data
This information is not sold or communicated to third parties and is strictly reserved for the internal uses described above.

In compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations, we enter into contracts with our subcontractors precisely defining the terms and methods of processing personal data by them, in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data.
Legality of treatments
The company DOyield and each of its employees refrain from processing data collected unlawfully.
Treatments are lawful provided that at least one of the following conditions is met:
- the person concerned has consented to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes
- the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which DoYield is subject
- the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by DoYield
